Headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, we are a family-owned, Black-owned, collective of HBCU graduates, singularly focused on raising awareness of and eliminating the #RacialRestGap. We define the #RacialRestGap as the historically persistent deficit in rest, specifically in sleep, plaguing the African-American community, compared to other races and ethnicities. This rest deficit results in significantly increased rates of heart disease, high blood-pressure, obesity and diabetes. We find this work vital to improving and potentially saving the lives of millions of people.
