When you support Black Rest, you support our goal to eliminate the #RacialRestGap. We define this as the historic rest and sleep deficit experienced by African-Americans, due to psychosocial stressors, resulting in significantly higher rates of disease within the Black community. We find this work vital to improving and potentially saving the lives of millions of people.
